Job Description

The role involves using blueprints and diagrams to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal products. The primary welding technique will be MIG welding on carbon steel, with opportunities to learn and perform other welding styles on various metals.

Responsibilities

Interpret and apply blueprints and diagrams to fabricate metal products.Perform MIG welding primarily on carbon steel.Learn and apply different welding techniques on various metals.Assemble metal components as per specifications.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in MIG welding.Experience in fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Knowledge of carbon and stainless steel welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Good attendance record.Skill in adjusting welder settings.Experience in TIG and flux core welding.

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.

After 6 months, earn another week. Then earn a week every 6 months after that. \n*Cross-training and up-skilling. They'll train an employee with a great attitude and work ethic different skills (train a welder on CNC, a forklift driver to weld, etc.)
