We are seeking a skilled Welder responsible for precision welding of stainless steel components, primarily using the TIG process. This role supports the fabrication of custom industrial and commercial equipment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and adherence to engineering specifications.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator with strong TIG welding skills to support the production of high‑quality industrial equipment and custom components. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented welder who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and safety.

What You’ll DoPerform high‑precision TIG welding on stainless steel components.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions.Complete tack welds and full welds in multiple positions (flat, vertical, etc.).Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and accuracy.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.What We’re Looking For2+ years of TIG welding experience, specifically with stainless steel.Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and weld callouts.Experience welding light‑gauge stainless steel (14–18 gauge).Must pass an internal welding test and provide personal PPE (helmet, gloves, basic tools).Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in fabrication, sheet metal work, and equipment assembly.Proficiency in reading complex mechanical and fabrication drawings.Why You’ll Love Working HereJoin a supportive, skilled team that values craftsmanship and growth.Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with full benefits available from day one.Consistent schedule, clean shop environment, and strong safety culture.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
