Immediately hiring a Welder/Fabricator in Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking an experience Metal Fabricator with TIG welding abilities to support the production of high-quality industrial equipment and components.

Shift/Pay: 5 Days a week

7:00AM - 3:30PM @ Monday-Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder responsible for precision welding of stainless steel components, primarily using the TIG process. This role supports the fabrication of custom industrial and commercial equipment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and adherence to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

Operate manual TIG welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, welding codes, and verbal instructions from manufacturing leadership.Perform tack welds and full welds in various positions, including flat and vertical.Inspect and document the quality of finished workpieces.Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with safety protocols.

Skills

Experience in TIG welding, with at least 2 years focused on stainless steel.Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding callouts.Familiarity with welding light gauge stainless steel, ranging from 14 to 18 gauge.Must pass an internal weld test and possess personal protective equipment such as a helmet, gloves, and tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, and assembly.Proficiency in reading blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
