**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. This role involves building custom parts with precision, ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines consistently. Responsibilities + Interpret and follow blueprints and diagrams to fabricate custom parts. + Perform MIG welding, with optional TIG and robotic welding if trained or interested. + Maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines without compromising on quality. Essential Skills + Ability to read and follow blueprints. + 2+ years of experience in MIG welding with steel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with TIG welding is a plus. + Capable of working independently as well as being a team player. Why Work Here?
