Join a dynamic and thriving custom fabrication shop as a Welder. You will be part of a team that specializes in creating bespoke commercial landscaping equipment and high-volume parts for various industries, including fire truck bodies, stage components, trailer frames, and bumper assemblies.

ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components, or complete machines.Perform MIG welding on steel and other materials, ensuring adherence to required quality specifications.Set up and operate welding machines, develop component weld fixtures, and build machines as needed.Grind and finish welds to meet project specifications.Participate in various projects, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG or TIG welding techniques.Ability to work with drawings or blueprints.Experience with carbon steel; familiarity with aluminum is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience or formal welding and fabrication training.Experience in setting up welding machines and welding on steel.Skills in grinding and polishing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is an industrial manufacturing setting with a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Founded by engineers, the company prioritizes safety and effective work processes. While the shop is not climate-controlled, it offers a procedure-driven environment with strong safety protocols. Employees may float between two facilities, situated 6 miles apart, as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
