**Job Title: Welder / Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator who can read blueprints and utilize welding equipment to fabricate large dumpster equipment. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team to complete various projects, employing techniques such as MIG, TIG, and flux core welding. You will be handling materials with a 1/2 inch thickness and executing 1 inch and 1/2 inch weld beads. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. + Utilize MIG, TIG, and flux core welding techniques to fabricate large dumpster equipment. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately. + Work with structural steel and manage 1/2 inch tube/thickness materials. + Execute weld beads measuring 1 inch and 1/2 inch. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and flux core welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with structural welding and fabrication. + Competence in using a tape measure for precise measurements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with fixtures and handling steel materials. + Understanding of material thickness and its implications on welding techniques. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering a comfortable work environment with air conditioning and new ventilation systems.
