**Welder - 1st Shift - Pay up to $25/hr** **Job Description** Join our team as a skilled welder, specializing in MIG or TIG welding, working on either the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) or the 2nd shift (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM) in Salem, OH. You will play a crucial role in our production and fabrication processes, ensuring high-quality metal products. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on aluminum or steel materials. + Engage in production welding and some fab shop welding. + Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings. + Read and utilize blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges. + Set up welding machines according to job specifications and welding procedures. + Operate robotic welders as needed. + Fit products to meet blueprint specifications. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in MIG or TIG welding, with a preference for aluminum. + Proficiency in blueprint interpretation. + Experience with structural steel or aluminum. + Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test. + Successful completion of a lifetime BG check. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with tape measures and angle gauges. + Familiarity with fabrication processes. + Understanding of welding machines and robotic welders. + Knowledge of various welding techniques including stick welding and TIG welding. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a rich history and strong commitment to quality.
