Job Title: WelderJob Description

We are seeking a skilled welder experienced in MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, some aluminum, and stainless steel. The materials primarily used are 16 gauge, with the thickest being 3/8 inch. Our welders benefit from not having to grind out their own welds, and they will have access to advanced equipment such as robotic and laser welders. Candidates will be required to complete a paper test and a T-joint and lap joint MIG and TIG test during the interview process.

ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.Work with 16 gauge materials, with some projects requiring welding on materials up to 3/8 inch thick.Collaborate with a team to complete various projects, typically consisting of 40-60 parts.Self-sufficiently manage tasks and adapt to new processes as needed.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG and TIG welding, particularly on thinner materials (16-18 gauge).Experience working in a job shop environment.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with fabrication and working with stainless steel.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our facility is a well-lit building equipped with a full machine and fabrication shop, and a separate section for painting. The environment is designed to support efficient workflow and ensure safety and comfort for all employees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
