**Job Title:MIG Welder** **Job Description** Join our team as an Industrial Assembler, contributing to the assembly of IWT water treatment commercial projects. Utilize your skills in blueprint reading and assembly to ensure high-quality production of water filtration units. **Responsibilities** + Assemble structural plates for water filtration units according to project specifications. + Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide the assembly process. + Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. + Utilize MIG welding techniques as needed for assembly. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to perform MIG welding with at least one year of experience or relevant schooling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in light industry production is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Experience a clean and efficient manufacturing environment. Dress code adheres to safety standards appropriate for a production setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
