This role is responsible for welding aluminum extrusions used in ladder racking systems and delivery vehicle shelving units. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.

Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Weld aluminum extrusions for ladder racking and vehicle shelving unitsOperate and understand welding machinery, including robotic weldersRead and interpret blueprints and standard work instructions (SWIs)Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipersOperate hand and power tools including drills, rivet guns, and staplersWelder Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum6 months of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to pass a pre-employment weld testMechanical aptitude preferredAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
