**Job Title: Structural Welder | Location: Tulsa, OK** **Job Summary** Seeking a skilled Structural Welder with MIG and Flux experience. Must read blueprints, set welding machine settings, grind welds, and weld in the **3G (vertical)** position. **Key Responsibilities** + Read **blueprints** and follow welding procedures + Set **amp/voltage** on welding machines + Cut materials and prep parts + Use grinders and hand tools + Weld in **vertical, horizontal, and overhead** positions + Inspect welds for quality + Maintain welding equipment **Skills & Experience** + **MIG & Flux welding** proficiency + Blueprint & tape‑measure reading + 3G (vertical) welding ability + Weld grinding experience + **6+ months** in a structural welding shop **Preferred** + Fabrication experience + Production welding skills + Able to pass **3G MIG weld test** (3/8" carbon plate) **Why Work Here** + Full benefits + Advancement opportunities + Supportive, growth‑focused culture **Work Environment** + **1st shift: 5 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri** + **Safety‑focused, collaborative shop** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
