**IMMEDIATELY HIRING MIG WELDERS IN HIGH POINT / ASHEBORO AREA** **Pay: $22+/hour** **Shift: 1st - 6AM-4:30PM MON-THURS + OT AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS** **You’ll start at the High Point facility, with operations, THEN MOVE TO NEW ASHEBORO LOCATION LATE SUMMER 2026.** **STRONG CANDIDATES HAVE:** + **1+ YEARS OF MIG (GMAW)** + **BLUEPRINT READING EXPERIENCE** + **SOME FABRICATION EXPERIENCE** + **ABILITY TO COMPLETE 3G AND 4G MIG WELDS ON CARBON THAT CAN PASS A BREAK / BEND TEST.** **Job Description** Responsibilities include MIG welding carbon steel, structural welding in 3G and 4G positions, and using various tools effectively. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on carbon steel. + Conduct structural welding in 3G and 4G positions. + Utilize hand and power tools proficiently. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols by wearing appropriate PPE such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and long pants. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding and structural welding. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. + Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior construction experience is beneficial. + Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation. + Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, and assembly is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity.
