**Welder: 1st shift - $21/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and grinding. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding with a focus on carbon steel, and comfortable with both flat and horizontal welding. Experience in robotic welding, operating grinders, cranes, and forklifts is essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, mainly steel tubes. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Operate grinders, cranes, and forklifts safely. + Engage in group welding activities. + Fabricate by cutting, shaping, and joining steel components. + Maintain a high standard of quality in all welding tasks. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of MIG welding experience. + 2+ years of blueprint reading proficiency. + 2+ years of grinding experience. + Proficiency in MIG welding with carbon steel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Robotic welding experience. + Fitting experience. + Flux Core welding knowledge. + Machine operating skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package with 0% contribution from employees, fully covered deductibles, and a 401k plan with matching up to the first 4%.
