**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Join our team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for welding on large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes. You will work with materials up to 9 inches thick, making multi-pass welding experience a valuable asset. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding on large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore processes. + Work with materials up to 9 inches thick, executing multi-pass welds as needed. + Complete and pass weld qualification tests to ensure skill proficiency. + Read and follow detailed instructions and blueprints to maintain welding parameters. + Meet the physical demands of welding work, including stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing. + Inspect parts prior to fitting to ensure proper alignment and orientation. + Visually inspect joints for cleanliness and depth, ensuring conformance to specifications. **Essential Skills** + 1 to 5+ years of current and directly related welding experience. + Proficiency in MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions. + Physical capability to perform the demanding tasks of welding work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with multi-pass welding on thick materials. + Ability to visually inspect parts and ensure proper alignment and conformance to specifications. **Why Work Here?** Experience a supportive work environment where all 10 paid holidays are available from day one, along with a paid day off in the month of your birthday.
