Apply today!** Join our team as a Welder specializing in TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, copper nickel, and stainless steel deck drains for Navy ships. The products involve cold-formed fittings, and apart from welding, you may also operate machinery such as a 40-ton press, with training provided. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and copper nickel materials. + Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Assist with fabrication and assembly work. + Operate CNC machinery and perform MIG welding if required. **Skills/Qualifications** + At least 7 years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel (316 and 304). + Proficiency in using measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Experience in fabrication and assembly. + Ability to operate CNC machinery. + Experience with copper nickel (70/30 and 90/10) is a plus. + MIG welding experience is a plus, with training available for semi-automatic welding. + NAVSEA certification is a plus. + Experience with carbon steel is a plus. + Manual and semi-automated MIG and TIG welding experience is highly valued. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working in a family-run environment with flexible hours. The standard working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the possibility of earlier starts and overtime as needed.
