**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, cutting and shaping metal components, and performing high-quality welding and fabrication to produce parts and assemblies that meet company specifications, safety standards, and production schedules. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. + Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and forming tools. + Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core as required). + Assemble parts and structures according to specifications. + Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy. + Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, grinders, saws, and drills. + Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. + Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies. + Work with supervisors and engineers to resolve fabrication or design issues. + Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in at least one welding process (MIG, TIG, Stick). + Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong knowledge of metal types and fabrication techniques. + Basic math and measurement skills. + Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. **Why Work Here?** Join one of the best employers in the area that is experiencing exponential growth.
