Temp-to-Hire position$21.30 to $22.20 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:30pm to 03:00am)Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-core, etc.)Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable material using welding techniques and equipment.Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Grind, cut, or bend metal pieces using torches, shears, or other tools.Welder Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-core).Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
