Aerotek is looking for experienced MIG Welders who take pride in producing clean, strong welds and want to work in a shop that values craftsmanship. If you want reliable hours, and modern equipment this position is a great fit for you! **🔧 What You’ll Do** + Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and specifications + Set up welding machines and adjust settings for material type and thickness + Inspect welds for quality and accuracy + Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools **📌 What You Need** + Proven MIG welding experience (6 months - 3+ years preferred) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods **💰 What We Offer** + Competitive hourly pay + Consistent schedule + Health, dental, and vision benefits **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cresco, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
