Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at MIG welding on various aluminum metal projects, ensuring all work meets stringent quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on various aluminum metal projects.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.Ensure welded parts meet quality standards and specifications.Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.Maintain familiarity with codes and standards related to welding.Fabricate and assemble metal structures with precision.Perform basic math calculations for measurements.

Essential Skills

Proven experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar role.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and procedures.Ability to operate welding equipment safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Capability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.Physical strength and stamina for standing long hours and manual labor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
