**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. The role requires proficiency in welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Stick, as well as experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The successful candidate will prepare materials for welding, ensuring quality, strength, and appearance standards are met, and perform basic quality checks. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components. + Execute TIG welds as needed on specialized parts. + Collaborate with fitters to ensure accurate placement and structural integrity. + Inspect welds for quality and consistency. + Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the work area. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. + Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. + Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. + Strong understanding of shop safety practices and proper use of PPE. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to pass a visual weld test using MIG on carbon steel. + Familiarity with overhead cranes, grinders, and fabrication tools. + AWS certification (a plus but not required). + Strong work ethic and reliability. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to work on hands-on projects with varying size and complexity. The shift is Monday to Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays. Our team-based workflow involves fitters tacking based on 3D models, followed by welders using MIG/TIG. We maintain a safety-first culture with modern equipment and tools in a fast-paced, project-driven atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
