**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description**
The Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks with specific tolerances. While training will be provided, the candidate must be able to work independently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks with precise tolerances.
+ Work independently to complete welding projects.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for welding tasks.
+ Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques.
+ Fabricate and assemble stainless steel components.
+ Fit and assemble parts as part of the production process.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience in welding and fabrication.
+ Knowledge of stainless steel assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a production and fitting environment.
+ Previous experience in a machine shop is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danbury, CT.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
