1st Shift: 6 AM–6 PM, 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)2nd Shift: 6 PM–6:30 AM 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)All 2nd shift candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for 4-6 months
Position OverviewWe are hiring experienced Welders to support large-scale manufacturing operations in the green energy sector. This role involves MIG welding on mild and stainless steel, material preparation, and general fabrication tasks in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility.
