**Job Title: Shift Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled welder to join our team, focusing on production-based welding primarily using mild steel. The role requires proficiency in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and willingness to engage in diverse welding tasks, including spot and robotic welding. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding tasks on mild steel, following specific production requirements. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welding operations. + Engage in spot and robotic welding as required. + Assist in fabrication tasks when necessary. + Participate in cross-training and learning opportunities across different departments. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year experience in MIG welding. + Proficiency in reading welding blueprints. + Experience in fabrication and using a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with grinding. + Ability to adapt and learn new skills in different departments. **Why Work Here?** Our company is rapidly growing and diversifying into various industries, offering ample growth opportunities. The standard working hours are 4am to 2pm from Monday to Thursday, 4am to 12pm every Friday, and 4am to 12pm every other Saturday. The work environment is dynamic and involves operating in diverse industries, including college and pro locker rooms, government, police stations, and more. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Janesville, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr. Growing rapidly as they diversify nicely into different industries: College and pro locker rooms, government, police stations, military, schools, grow industry. Growth opps to move up quickly into a Machine Op 2 that comes with a $1.50 raise Employee owned Direct placement Competitive benefits and insurance. 8 week training and a 90 day review Annual raises: 2-4% Goal sharing: monthly incentive based off of efficiency, delivery, safety and scrap.
