Job Title: WelderJob Description

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks according to blueprints, determining appropriate welds and positions, and completing tasks efficiently. The primary focus will be on MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel, with material thickness ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4''. In addition to welding, responsibilities include cutting and organizing materials, fabricating, operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts. This role involves approximately 80% welding and 20% additional duties.

ResponsibilitiesPerform welding tasks according to blueprint specifications.Determine proper welds, callouts, and positions to complete the job.Read detailed welding blueprints and complete tasks in a timely manner.Conduct MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel.Assist with cutting, organizing, and staging materials for other employees.Fabricate by operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Strong shop math skills.Experience with welding symbols.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable with fabricating, TIG, and flux core welding.Ability to use a tape measure and work with sheet metal.Experience with mild steel.Welding experience or degree required.Decent tenure with no job-hopping.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a smaller shop environment that is experiencing significant growth. The company is looking for long-term candidates and is planning to open a brand-new facility approximately 10 minutes away in Apple Valley in the first few months of 2026. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
