Structural Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week | $28–$32/hr)

We are hiring experienced Structural Welders to join a growing fabrication team specializing in steel bridge components. You’ll perform flux-core MIG welding on material up to 1/2\" thick while interpreting blueprints and completing full structural layouts. This position is ideal for welders who enjoy hands-on fabrication, variety in tasks, and opportunities to grow into a lead role.

Join a small but fast-paced structural fabrication shop, where you’ll work with large steel components in a rugged, hands-on environment. The shop can be dusty and warm, and does not have air conditioning. Two paid 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute unpaid lunch are included each shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
