**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Engage in the fabrication of welded components and frames, utilizing a range of welding techniques including MIG, Stick, and TIG welding. Operate gas and plasma cutting equipment and maintain high standards of precision and quality in welding of materials such as mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and cast iron. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate welded components and frames using various company equipment. + Perform MIG, Stick, and TIG welding, as well as gas and plasma cutting. + Weld materials including mild steels, aluminum, stainless steel, and cast. + Setup, operate, and maintain CNC plasma cutter. + Use shop hydraulic press for bending profiles and forming parts. + Operate standard knee mills for drilling, tapping, and light machining. + Read and understand detailed weldment drawings and blueprints. + Collaborate with designers to solve problems considering time and budget restrictions. + Setup and weld framework for accurate, square, and flat assemblies. + Maintain shop supplies for welding and cutting equipment. + Support tear out and installation of automation projects at customer sites as required. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years' experience as a welder/fabricator. + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel. + Experience with gas cutters and CNC plasma cutting. + Bending experience. + Valid driver's license. + Blueprint reading skills. + Fork truck operation. + Rigging skills. + Aluminum welding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fork truck training. + Rigging and lifting skills. + Working at heights training. + Valid welding CWB tickets. + First aid certification. + Experience in welding with aluminum. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by providing comprehensive benefits such as 80% coverage of vision, health, dental, and professional services, along with long-term disability insurance.
