**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Join our team as a Welder where you will be responsible for welding compactors, front loads, and hook-lifts during the shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This role requires collaboration with other welders and adherence to quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Participate in a morning meeting with your direct supervisor to receive work assignments and materials. + Read and interpret blueprints to perform welding tasks. + Collaborate with other welders to ensure seamless workflow. + Inspect welded products to ensure they meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience with MIG welding. + Proficiency in math, including fractions and multiplication. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding and blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** We offer ample room for growth within the company, along with comprehensive health benefits.
