**Structural Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week | $28–$32/hr)** **Shifts Available:** + **1st Shift:** 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Thu) + **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon–Thu) + **Schedule:** 4‑day workweek, 10‑hour days + **Pay:** _$28–$32/hr_ depending on experience **About the Role** We are hiring experienced **Structural Welders** to join a growing fabrication team specializing in steel bridge components. You’ll perform **flux-core MIG welding** on material up to 1/2" thick while interpreting blueprints and completing full structural layouts. The shop can be dusty and warm, and does not have air conditioning. Two paid 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute unpaid lunch are included each shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
