Job Title: Welder – 1st and 2nd Shift

We’re looking for experienced MIG Welders who take pride in precision and quality. In this role, you’ll help create components for consumer and industrial systems. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll DoOperate MIG welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts.Set up and adjust welding machines; replace wire and tips as needed.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.Inspect parts visually and with measurements to maintain high standards.Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance.Record daily production output and maintain accurate documentation.Use grinders to remove burrs and excess weld material.Monitor material usage and communicate shortages to your supervisor.What We’re Looking ForMIG welding experience (flux core and fabrication knowledge a plus).Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Welding certification preferred.Previous experience in a production welding environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Team player with a positive attitude.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
