**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Join a dynamic manufacturing company specializing in the fabrication of steel frames and cabinets for server rooms, data centers, and other data storage applications. Due to industry growth, especially in data and technology driven by work-from-home and online retail, we are seeking skilled welders to join our team. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum metals. + Execute straight and plug welds to fabricate frames and shelving according to customer specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Engage in assembly, grinding, deburring, and sanding tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. + Experience with stainless steel, lap joint, tee joint, and butt joint welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Familiarity with assembly and fabrication processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Grinding, sanding, and deburring experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy extensive opportunities for overtime, as it is highly encouraged. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in this very clean production environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $25.00/hr.
