**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled TIG Welders to join our production team. You will focus on efficiency while welding using jigs on weld tables, primarily working on high-volume projects. Your ability to produce quality TIG welds with minimal post-work is crucial to maximizing productivity. While the primary focus is on TIG welding, the ability to fabricate and fit parts for custom projects is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding in a production environment, focusing on efficiency and quality. + Utilize jigs on weld tables for high-volume projects. + Produce welds that require minimal post-processing, such as grinding or polishing. + Possess the ability to fabricate and fit parts for custom projects when necessary. + Work primarily with thin stainless steel materials. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of TIG welding experience, especially with thin gauge metals. + Experience in welding stainless steel sheet metal. + Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure for project setup. + Comfortable working in a production environment with a focus on timely welds and minimal finishing work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with fabrication and fitting is a plus. + MIG welding skills are beneficial for flexibility in different projects. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage from your first day as a full-time employee. Our facilities include multiple plants equipped with advanced machines such as laser cutters, brakes, punches, and weld machines. You will be working in a dynamic environment with various departments, primarily at Buildings 1 and 2 located in Hanover, PA. The shifts available include 1st shift from 7 am to 3 pm, and 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.75/hr.
