**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st shift Welder/Fabricator to contribute to the completion of complex stainless steel projects. This role involves reading welding blueprints, distinguishing welding callouts, determining component layouts, and performing TIG and occasional MIG welding, as well as finishing work and secondary operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret welding blueprints.
+ Distinguish and identify welding callouts.
+ Determine and execute component layouts.
+ Perform TIG welding and occasional MIG welding.
+ Complete finishing work and secondary operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4 years of TIG welding experience.
+ 3 years of experience in Stainless Steel TIG welding.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Ownership of personal welding helmet and gloves.
+ Possession of personal welding tools (mostly metric).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with MIG welding and fabrication.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of stainless steel and aluminum materials.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large fabrication shop specializing in stainless steel components that support the food production industry. The 1st shift runs from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
