**Job Title: Production Welder** **Job Description** Join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality warehouse parts for distribution centers. As a welder, you will perform repair welds on parts that are missed by robotic welders, ensuring the delivery of quality parts while maintaining production targets. **Responsibilities** + Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders. + Set up jigs and fixtures by adjusting fixtures and equipment. + Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards. + Use necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards. + Maintain all required records and keep a clean work area. + Follow all verbal and written instructions related to die and equipment operation. + Perform fixture set-ups, buffing, spot welding, and special welding fixture operations. + Engage in MIG welding, load jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts. **Essential Skills** + Experience with MIG welding. + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience in welding, especially in a repair capacity. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine loading is a plus. + Ability to adhere to attendance requirements. + Capability to pass a weld test. **Why Work Here?** This is an entry-point opportunity at a growing company.
