About the Role:
We are currently hiring a CNC Operator for a steel fabrication facility in Bethlehem, PA. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with CNC machining experience who are comfortable working in a rugged industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines including plasma cutters, drill lines, and beam linesSet up machines and load steel materials according to job specificationsRead and interpret blueprints and CAD drawingsPerform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring toolsTroubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenanceCollaborate with welders, fabricators, and project managers to meet production goalsQualifications
Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication settingAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsFamiliarity with G-code or CNC programming softwareStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable using hand tools and precision instrumentsWillingness to work in a physically demanding environmentWhy Apply:

This position is based in a large indoor steel shop that is non-temperature controlled, dimly lit, and loud due to heavy machinery. You’ll be exposed to metal dust, welding fumes, and grinding debris. PPE is required at all times. This is a challenging but rewarding environment for those who take pride in hard work and skilled craftsmanship.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
