Job Description
Join our dynamic team in a family-owned custom weld shop specializing in large structural work. You will work independently on a diverse range of projects, primarily utilizing blueprints and weld symbols. The majority of the work involves MIG and Flux welding with steel, varying from 1/4\" up to several inches thick. Occasionally, you may work with other materials and TIG welding.
Responsibilities
Independently manage a variety of welding projects.Utilize blueprints and weld symbols to execute tasks accurately.Perform MIG and Flux welding, primarily on steel materials.Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols effectively.Adapt to various welding positions depending on project requirements.Qualifications
1 year of welding experience OR welding diploma requiredExperience with structural welding preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with custom fitting and fabrication techniques preferredWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
