We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. The role involves welding on stainless steel and aluminum for sanitary systems, utilizing both MIG and TIG welding techniques for 80% of the tasks. The welder will work with materials around 1/4 inch thick, welding cylinders and tubes to base plates. The ideal candidate should be adept at reading blueprints and tape measures and will manage multiple job tickets efficiently. Additionally, the role requires operating fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, cutting, grinding, and plasma tools, with welds typically performed on tables or benches. Occasionally, there may be a need to weld out of position in different shop areas.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum materials.Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.Manage and complete multiple job tickets efficiently.Operate and use various fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, cutting, grinding, and plasma tools.Conduct welds primarily on tables or benches, with occasional out-of-position welding in different shop areas.

Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with welding on carbon steel.Capability to perform quality checks.Previous experience with fabrication equipment.Open to candidates with technical graduation and at least one year of practical welding experience.
