**Job Title: Welder and painter** Job Description We are seeking skilled welders to join our team, manufacturing steel containers for the waste, construction, recycling, and energy sectors. Our products primarily include rollback containers that are loaded and unloaded from trucks. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to achieving daily production goals. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks. + Work on a production line to produce 15-18 containers per day. + Weld walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates for each container. + Ensure all products meet structural soundness and safety standards. + Industrial painting Essential Skills + 1-2 years of welding experience, preferably in a production environment. + Proficiency in MIG welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading. + Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. + Strong attention to safety and quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with production welding is preferred. + A positive 'get it done' attitude and strong work ethic. Why Work Here? The facility is expanding, with a potential 900,000 sq ft addition on company-owned property. Please note that the facility is not climate-controlled. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
