We’re looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where quality and reliability are top priorities. **💼 What You’ll Do:** + Perform MIG welding on steel components used in commercial seating products + Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings + Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently + Inspect welds for accuracy and structural integrity + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals + Maintain a clean and organized work area **🛠 What You Bring:** + 1+ year of MIG welding experience (TIG experience a plus) + Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + High school diploma or equivalent + Willingness to pass a weld test and pre-employment drug screening **💵 Compensation & Benefits:** + Competitive hourly wage: $19.00 – $22.00 based on experience + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holidays **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
