**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Welders of All Skill Levels** for projects located in the **Olean, NY area** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$30-35/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Flat Welder or Welder Laborer eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Sub arc welding for steel components (bridges/buildings/industrial) + Work from blueprints and shop drawings + Maintain/clean equipment and report malfunctions + Follow structural engineering principles and welding procedures + Identify/refer hazards, comply with shop standards + Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings + Fitting, assembling, and welding structural steel components (buildings, bridges, industrial facilities) + Ensuring proper alignment and making adjustments for structural integrity + Utilizing ARC and MIG welding to join steel components + Maintaining and cleaning fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery + Reporting equipment issues or hazards **Requirements** + All PPE and welding hood + 5+ years of welding/fitting experience + Must pass a weld test **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
