**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Fabricator for our custom metal shop. The ideal candidate will work at their own welding station and receive work orders and blueprints to complete orders. The primary focus will be on MIG Welding, utilizing a strong understanding of fitting and assembly techniques. Responsibilities + Operate a welding station to complete custom metal fabrication tasks. + Interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure accurate completion of projects. + Perform MIG Welding with a focus on quality and precision. + Utilize Flux Core welding techniques as needed. + Ensure all assemblies meet specified dimensions and tolerances. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of experience in MIG Welding and fabrication from blueprints. + Proficiency in Flux Core and Hard Wire welding techniques. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
