**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder with expertise in MIG Welding to join our team. This role involves reading blueprints, building parts to specifications, and working primarily with mild steel, with occasional work on 16 gauge stainless steel. This position focuses on custom welding without the use of fixtures. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding tasks on various materials as specified. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are built to specifications. + Measure and layout parts using tape measures and squares. + Work with mild steel and occasional stainless steel materials. + Engage in custom welding projects without the use of fixtures. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 years experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or shop setting. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + At least 1 year of experience welding out of fixtures. Additional Skills & Qualifications + TIG welding experience is a plus. + At least 1 year of previous experience in layout work. Why Work Here?
