**Job Title: Precision Welder – MIG & TIG**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled welder with strong experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and capable of performing high-quality welds on a variety of metals including aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and engineering drawings
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel
+ Build fixtures and set up equipment for precision sheet metal fabrication
+ Inspect completed work to ensure it meets all specifications and quality standards
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
**Required Skills:**
+ MIG and TIG welding
+ Blueprint reading and interpretation
+ Sheet metal fabrication
+ Fixture setup and tooling selection
+ Grinding, fitting, and assembly
+ Use of tape measures and hand tools
+ Experience with flux core and stick welding
+ Operation of press brake and spot welding equipment
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding
+ Proficient in welding all metals (stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum) in all positions
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Good communication skills and fluency in English
+ Reliable and dependable work ethic
**Experience Level:**
Intermediate
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
