**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team in assembling the frames of large aviation and emergency doors using structural, mild, and stainless steel. The ideal candidate will work closely with supervisors to understand production needs and meet daily welding targets. Responsibilities + Weld structural, mild, and stainless steel to assemble large aviation/emergency door frames. + Collaborate with supervisors to determine production needs and meet daily welding goals. + Follow work orders to ensure timely delivery of products. + Set up and operate fabrication shop equipment including brake press, shear, drills, and others. + Read blueprints and cut and weld metals according to specifications. Essential Skills + Proficiency in MIG welding and wire feed techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with fabrication processes. + Comfortable using various tools including saws, shears, and grinders. Work Environment Our facility is generally clean, though it can be warm like any other shop. You will work alongside 8-12 welders in a collaborative environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
