**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** + Join our team as a Welder where you will be responsible for welding a variety of components and parts according to customer specifications. + You will be working with materials such as Aluminum, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel, and will utilize your skills in reading blueprints and fitting components. + 1st shift available as well as 2nd and weekend shift! **Responsibilities** + Perform welding on a variety of materials including Aluminum, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel. + Read and interpret blueprints and product drawings to ensure precise welding according to specifications. + Use MIG and TIG welding techniques to fabricate and finish metals. + Utilize measurement tools to ensure accuracy in welding processes. + Grind and finish metals as required by the project. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, and weld symbols. + Experience in aluminum welding and metal fabrication. + Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures. **Why Work Here?** + Our company offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement, including potential leadership roles. + We provide competitive pay advancements, recognizing the value and contributions of our employees. **Work Environment** + Work in a well-lit manufacturing environment with a 4 x 10s shift schedule. + Enjoy a consistent workweek from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. **Pay** + $20-26/hour+ based off of previous work experience and interview/weld test. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
