**Job Title: Welder Fitter | 3rd Shift | $23/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder Fitter to join our team in Canton, OH. This position offers an opportunity to work on either the 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 5am-3:30pm) or the 3rd shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:30pm-5am). The role involves performing welding, primarily using MIG techniques on structural steel, fitting and constructing parts and frames, reading blueprints, and utilizing various tools and machines. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding using MIG techniques on structural steel to touch up welds. + Fit and construct parts and frames accurately. + Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints. + Utilize measurement, hand, and power tools effectively. + Operate shop machines as required. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years experience in welding with MIG techniques. + Minimum of 2 years experience in fitting. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Strong knowledge of hand, measurement, and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in TIG welding. + Experience in stainless steel or sheet metal welding. **Why Work Here?** Our workplace offers a very clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment, ensuring comfort and safety for all employees.
