Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated production welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding custom parts in the cart industry, following customer-specific blueprints. The parts you will be working on vary in size and weight, requiring precision and skill with mig welders.

ResponsibilitiesWeld custom parts according to customer-specific blueprints.Operate mig welders to create small, mid-size, and large parts.Consistently lift and handle parts weighing up to 40lbs.Ensure quality and accuracy in all welding tasks.Essential Skills1-2 years of recent blueprint reading experience.1-2 years of recent welding experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift 40lbs on a consistent basis.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossession of a degree or welding certificate is advantageous.Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with a mid-sized team of 100 employees. The attire includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and a shirt. Enjoy the camaraderie of a friendly culture while working on the 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
