Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Daylight Shift)

Optional Overtime: Fridays (half days), Saturdays & Sundays (voluntary)

🛠️ Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team in a clean, spacious steel fabrication shop. This is a daylight role focused on short arc MIG welding on stainless steel and Flux Core welding in the 3G position. You’ll be responsible for fitting and fabricating parts based on blueprints and work instructions, and operating essential shop equipment including grinders, punch presses, and shears.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr.

PTO: Year 1-5: 3 Weeks. Year 6-10: 4 Weeks. Year 11+: 5 Weeks.
