**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** The Weld Tech will be responsible for all welding processes, as well as the layout and fitting of metal products based on project requirements. Weld styles can include Robotic Welding, MIG Welding, and minor TIG welding. **Responsibilities** + Perform various welding processes including MIG, Robotic and TIG welding. + Layout and fit metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. + Conduct fabrication tasks and ensure precise measurements using tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers. + Complete tasks independently and efficiently once trained. + Engage in manual touch-up and rework as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of welding experience, including MIG welding. + Robotic welding experience is a major plus. + Proficiency in fabrication and layout/fitting parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with TIG and Flux Core welding is beneficial. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Why Work Here** The company offers a full benefits package and invests in its employees because it understands that success is directly linked to team members.
