Job Description
Join our welding and fabrication department where the majority of work involves MIG welding on aluminum, with occasional tasks involving stainless steel and cold rolled steel. You will be provided with blueprints and work instructions to set up and operate the Miller welding machine effectively.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on aluminum and other metals such as stainless steel and cold rolled steel.Utilize blueprints and work instructions to set up welding equipment.Collaborate with team members in the shop to ensure quality and efficiency.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience of 2+ years in MIG welding sheet metal components.Possession of a 2-year welding degree.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is within a shop/warehouse setting where collaboration is highly valued. Assemblers and operators have designated areas, but teamwork and mutual support are encouraged. The company is committed to maintaining a clean and safety-oriented environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
