**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. This role involves welding brackets for various types of equipment. The work varies in size, project length, and deadlines, offering a dynamic work environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding to fabricate brackets for lawn mower bags. + Work independently or with another team member on projects of varying sizes. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication. + Handle small welds and stainless steel materials. + Lift and manage materials weighing between 25-75lbs. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in MIG welding. + 1+ years of experience in blueprint reading. + Proficiency in fabrication and handling stainless steel materials. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Own welding hood and equipment. + Ability to work with a small team. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and skilled team of welders where you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively. Each welder has their own workstation, and steel-toed boots and welding coats are required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OMAHA, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
